I am writing in response to your recent advertisement for the position of ‘Recruiter’ as advertised on www.jobs.ie, which was updated for last time on the 7th of July 2021.
I have recently completed a Bachelors degree in Psychology with First Class Honours in Human Resources, and I am currently studying a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Development at the National College of Ireland, at the IFSC.
During my Bachelor I completed an internship with The Dismis Group, a Travel Company. During this time I worked as a H.R. administrator carrying out the recruitment and selection process, arranging and handling interviews and liaising with managers to decide new hires. I have also completed a voluntary internship with The Mopi Group, a Developer Company based in Biarritz, France. During this period I worked as a Human resources Administrator, carrying out duties such as screening C.V.s, handling calls, compiling job-profiling information and creating job posts on the Internet.
I am an outgoing and organised person with excellent communication and planning skills. In addition, I am very interested in the Recruitment area and I would welcome the possibility of working in a Multinational Company.
