What is your weakest quality / what are your weaknesses? Always say what the employer wants to hear. Try not to say anything negative about yourself. What the employer is looking for is to see if you are able to see the areas in yourself that need improving and how you go about improving these. Here are some examples: Example The weakest trait I struggled with was not asking for help. I always tried to solve my own problems instead of asking a co-worker who might know the answer. This would save more time and would be more efficient. I’m working on knowing when it would be beneficial to ask for help. Example I can’t think of anything now but I know in the past my weakness was my lack of computer skills but I went for classes in the Dorset college and made sure to practice every day in the library and now my computer skills are much better. |
